I’ve had several withdrawals stuck in processing for over 5 months. no transaction ID, no updates, just the same “under investigation” reply from support. It’s frustrating and they’re not being upfront. If this platform is truly legit, I don’t see why it should take this long. But guess what? After all the reviews I read about them everywhere, I could deduct that they are scammers!!!!
I wouldn’t trust them again after what I went through. Luckily, I didn’t let it end there. I got the right kind of help through 57Investigations Ltd by recommendations from friends, and I was able to get my money back. If you’re stuck like I was and need real insight into how to handle it, I’m happy to share what worked for me.
