I was misled about how simple it was to withdraw funds when I wanted to. I made the mistake of sending my first deposit prior to learning that I had to open a second account in order to withdraw. The representative was rude and kept sending me emails telling me that I needed to apologize to him! Why because I am upset about being misled and that I have now basically LOST my funds unless I want to go through all the ridiculous steps of setting up a Crypto account. Had I been told that from the beginning I never would have sent any money but they made sure they got my money first and the first guy I spoke with was very friendly and convincing. Damn them all!
