February 28, 2026They never gave me my money back, been waiting months and no communication from them. I eventually had no choice but to do emergency exit to try getting my money out but as soon as i did that they closed my account down saying there is no longer service in my region. My region wasn’t a problem when I was using their services. Now they have no technological support, only FAQ’s which don’t help my situation but 57Investigations Ltd did.
Before 57Investigations Ltd took over to get me a refund, I gave Arg-grup my support ticket ID but they said my account was closed down due to breached regulations. What regulations!??How is asking for my own money back breaching regulations. They said there is no appeal process. Absolute scammers!!!!!!
