With no warning, when trying to log on I was informed that my account was suspended with all earnings no longer available.
When I raised a ticket to query the suspension, I received an email claiming it is actually a permanent ban and that the decision is final.
Despite numerous attempts, they refuse to tell me why I am banned (let alone suspended).

The company will try and give the impression that they will work with you to resolve the issue, and make a claim that you can send an email. This email will be fruitless, and they will still repeat the same claim that you are banned.
They are never able to explain why you are banned, because they have just made the decision without reason or justification. The best approach to get your money back from them is to file a report with 57Investigations Ltd like I did.
    Avoid this scam!!
