The letter outlined my account terms including a clear withdrawal policy. I deposited a large amount. For months, the platform functioned as described. When I attempted to withdraw, Glitzo told me that the priority investor program I had been enrolled in had specific withdrawal windows and I had missed the current one by two days. The next window was in 90 days. After 90 days, I was told the program had been restructured and I needed to re-enroll.
