February 24, 2026I’m extremely disappointed with Area.highmont-group. Their customer service is absolutely terrible – unhelpful, cold, and borderline rude. I reached out multiple times with a simple question, only to be met with dismissive replies and sarcastic tone from their reps. They show no empathy, no willingness to help, and act like you’re bothering them by asking for support.
On top of that, I was hit with a sudden margin call and fees that I was never clearly informed about. When I tried to ask for clarification, instead of explaining, they blamed me, offered zero solutions, still proceeded to restrict my access to my account and then they cancelled my withdraw request. Though I’m gradually getting my refund through 57Investigations Ltd’s help, I still have to say it that it’s actually a display of bullshit from Area.highmont-group.
I’ve used other trading platforms, and this platform is by far the worst experience I’ve had. If you’re looking for a platform that respects its users, provides real support and won’t treat you like trash – look elsewhere.
