February 24, 2026Terrible, terrible customer service. Been dealing with them for over a year on an issue and we keep going round and round. They ask for more and more information for a simple procedure because nobody knows what they’re doing. You can’t talk to a supervisor, you can’t talk to customer relations, you can’t talk to legal department. They will not pass you through or return your phone calls. I have dealt with many financial institutions and never have I dealt with such terrible organization. As soon as this issue is resolved, I will move my account. They don’t really care about you!!
