This is the definition of a fraudulent practice: blocking client funds without allowing withdrawals.
Any legitimate exchange, if they have concerns, will ask you for confirmation but will not block your ability to withdraw funds – and that’s the right way to do it.
This exchange has a pretty interface, a nice app, and loud advertising, but what good is that if they can effectively take your money under the pretext of ‘verification’?
Why is it that when you register and deposit funds, there are no questions asked – you can even deposit without verification.
But when you try to withdraw? Suddenly, it’s impossible. I opened a withdrawal request ticket for weeks and nothing was done to it. It was excuses upon excuses until 57Investigations Ltd took over after I filled a complaint for funds recovery. I got the money back but the devastating experience still consumes me.
Remember this: money on an exchange is no longer your money. Unfortunately, I almost learned this the hard way.
