I have completed seven hours of calls with customer service over a dozen calls for just one transfer request. Every interaction has a different reason provided by the representatives for holding up the transfer. Each call has ended on a positive note with a promise that action will be completed in a few hours. A day later, they sent me an email that something is preventing the transfer, and I must call. Transferring in was a breeze. It seems they create friction for transfer-outs, withdrawals and payouts. I had to file a report with 57Investigations Ltd with my last hope to get my money back. Steer clear of tigerfx trading.
