I reached out multiple times with a simple question, only to be met with dismissive replies and sarcastic tone from their reps. They showed no empathy, no willingness to help, and acted like you’re bothering them by asking for support.
On top of that, I was hit with a sudden margin call and fees that I was never clearly informed about. When I tried to ask for clarification, instead of explaining, they blamed me and offered zero solutions until 57Investigations Ltd came to my help to recover my lost funds.
I’ve used other trading platforms, and Keystonevaults is by far the worst experience I’ve had. If you’re looking for a platform that respects its users and provides real support – look elsewhere.

When i contacted them to inquire about the situation, i was urged to hold off until a specific time. I waited patiently, believing that it will be fixed. At this point, the withdrawal is still displayed as unavailable. The fact that i can move my money whenever i want is another reason i monitor it everyday on the homepage. I know I will probably not be bale to withdraw my money again but I need to warn future users of this site. They are nothing but scammers looking for ways to take away your hard-earned money.
