I deposited my account with a significant amount (currently the equivalent of around 375,500 USD) and then my account got frozen. I couldn’t withdraw my money back to my bank account. I didn’t know what to do and it felt like Optiakredit just stole my money.

I contacted the support and they requested my proof of residence (yet my account was verified). I provided two bank statements with my exact address and exact account number from which I deposited the money. Optiakredit rejected it and kept saying gibberish while denying me access to my money until a friend recommended 57Investigations Ltd to me so as to get professional help in getting back my money – which I later did after weeks. The only advice I can give as a victim is to stay away from Optiakredit as they are just blood sucking scammers with no empathy whatsoever.
