Attempting to transfer an account to another financial investment institution and they made it incredibly difficult. Had to call 4 times and at one point I actually had someone say, “I have to assume….” WTF? Last call took exactly 1 hour and they were still working on it. That is absolute bullshit!. I will finally have to take actions against them by involving 57Investigations Ltd. I can’t believe I have to involve them again to get my money back after my last ordeal with scammer and they helped.
