Three months passed without incident. When I submitted my withdrawal, my account manager told me the amount I was moving would require a formal bank-to-bank transfer that took an additional processing period. That period came and went. Then I was told the receiving bank had rejected the transfer and I needed to provide an alternative account. I provided three different accounts. Each was rejected for a different reason.
