They banned me from my own account without any tangible or credible reason when I asked them why I can’t open any position on my account .
After more than a month of silence, the company finally responded to my previous review, only to falsely accuse me of having multiple accounts. Let me be absolutely clear: I have only one account, and their claim is a complete fabrication.
They briefly reopened my account for about a month, but guess what? I’m blocked again with all my money inside and they won’t open it even after many sessions with the user support. Same issue, same lack of transparency. It’s honestly laughable at this point.
Be careful!! this company continues to mislead and deflect instead of taking responsibility. My experience has been a total waste of time.
